Franklin Park Zoo transforms after dark into an immersive walk through illuminated lantern sculptures, running Thursday through Monday evenings from 6:00 to 10:30pm. The 2026 edition features lanterns inspired by coastal South Africa with penguins and great white sharks, big cats including jaguars and lions, and the flora and fauna of the Grand Canyon. The experience is closed Tuesday and Wednesday nights in August and September.
