Event Details

A Tibetan Buddhist master sand artist builds an intricate mandala grain by grain in the open atrium of MassArt’s Design and Media Center, then dismantles it as a teaching on impermanence and compassion. The residency includes morning prayers, short lectures and Q and A, and visitors are welcome to watch the work in progress.
