Event Details

A free outdoor sound bath on the Rose Kennedy Greenway, part of the park’s free wellness programming that also includes yoga, Pilates and walking meditation. Participants settle onto the lawn while resonant instruments fill the space between downtown’s towers. No experience or equipment required.
