Chattermark Distillers Tour & Tasting
Event Details
Chattermark sits under the Tobin Bridge on Terminal Street in Charlestown, turning out whiskey a short hop from the waterfront. The tour walks you through the working production floor, tracing the company’s story along with the nuts and bolts of the craft: the grain going in, the stills, how barrels get picked and aged, and what actually separates one style of whiskey from another. It runs roughly half an hour to forty-five minutes, ending in the tasting room with two spirit samples of your choosing.
This one suits whiskey-curious drinkers who like hearing how things get made without a big time commitment. Stick around afterward for a cocktail at the bar; there’s no kitchen, but you’re welcome to bring food or order delivery in. It’s a 21-plus outing, so leave the kids home and bring a valid ID.
