A full day devoted to everything fermented, from kimchi and kombucha to sourdough, miso and craft beverages, hosted inside the Armory’s performance hall. Public hours run 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are free and open to all, with a ticketed Early Access preview hour beginning at 10 a.m. Makers, tastings and demos fill the room.
